Best, BestMissy Elliott is back in the game with her new single, “Best Best,” which is produced by none other than Timbaland protege, Nate “Danjahandz” Hill, who has been all over the place, as of late! Early this year, Missy dropped two singles from a soundtrack, which did well heavily on radio, with videos and in the club, but in addition to being credited with the soundtrack, the videos were tagged as the songs being from Missy’s “untitled album.”
Now, Missy is gearing up to release her follow-up to The Cookbook, with her new album, Block Party. The name of the album has changed a couple of different times - so it’s good to see that now there’s an official title, as well as a date. Missy’s new album will drop September 9th!
