People are saying that Beyonce's new singles "If I Were A Boy" and "Single Ladies" sucked. In my opinion, the songs are okay but I do not think it's a number one hit. If I Were A Boy is more of a slow song at first with Single Ladies being the direct opposite. According to Beyonce in Single Ladies, "If you like, then you shoulda put a ring on it" which also relates to "What's It Gonna Be", "New Shoes", and "Kick Em Out".
Now let's talk about If I Were A Boy which states, "I would stay out with the guys and drink beer". With that statement, she is going against what she has been saying on "Me, Myself and I", "Irreplaceble", "Kitty Kat", "Resentment", and "Ring the Alarm". No shade to Bee, but these singles aren't all that. But she did say she was trying something different.
Beyonce will also be releasing a deluxe edition of "I Am" considering the fact that she wrote over 70 songs.
